I wake up, take my products, work out, then come home and start my day, I have to do so many things like produce videos, do invites to athletes, coach at and run events, so my day is busy and the products help me stay balanced and improve.
At night I will work out again to keep the body flowing and then do some work and go to bed around midnight to do it again. I try to challenge myself in my workouts to see what I can do. One day it's walking, the next day it's running, and the next it might be tennis.
